Default new clutch.... break in?

As the topic says.... do I need to break in a new clutch? It's Honda OEM installed by the dealer. Replaced the pressure plate, clutch and the bearing. Thanks a lot.

500 miles of easy stoplight driving. No high rpm launch or shift.

Do a 5k drop right away! For real, downshift a lot and take it easy for 500-700 miles.

Funny that the service manager told me that I didn't need to break it in. I'll try 500 miles and hope that it lasts longer than 20,000 miles. Thanks.

I was told the same thing by a buddy of mine that AutoX's a CRX Si. He's been doing it a long time so I figure he knows what he's talking about. I mean, I wouldn't drop the clutch at 5000 right after you install it, but I don't think you need to baby it.
