eBay much?

If you want a brand new one, you can get them from Helms.

This is a vague post. Be a little more descriptive.

Do you mean you want to find a 99 Civic Si with a manual transmission?
OR
Are you looking for a manual transmission for a 99 Civic Si?
OR
Are you looking for a user manual for a 99 Civic Si?

It is the one that is in the glove box. It says Civic owners manual. I live in MA. I will sell it to you REAL cheap because looking at it makes me depressed.

Are you just looking for Check Engine light codes? There's a link for those in the FAQ.

Yeah, it is actually a sticky at the top underneath the FAQ thread.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1901557

Not only does it translate the codes, it shows you how to retrieve the codes without a scanner.

LOL @ ^^

Get it from Helms or eBay, as wiZCo said. Brand new, they aren't very cheap, but damn do they make a world of difference.

I too rock a haynes. It has been plenty helpful to me. Removed and reinstalled my brothers coilovers just to do it one day.

You sound like you are confusing the owner's manual and the service manual. The owner's manual (which comes with the car in the glovebox) will not go too much more technical than how to change your lightbulbs.
