Aem's new fuel/timing controller. Educated thoughts/opinons?

Anyone used it before. My friend has a 04 accord v6 that he wants to turbo. Right now were looking for tuning solutions for the car and he mentioned aem. I'm thinking he was talking about the AEM stand alone.
Just wondering if anyone has used it before. This is the first that i've heard of it.

i am hoping they can make it compatible with the f23 engines.....if so i will be getting one asap....nice for the guys that are running boost with an OBD2 system and want to stay smog and not worry about the whole OBD1 issue.
