Help... steering wheel vibrates with new wheels at 110km/h+
What could be wrong? I recently had an alignment done... purchased new wheels/tires. Once I hit 110+, the steering wheel vibrates (pulsing) and is extremely lose. I was on 195/60/15 and now on 205/40/16. The car handles amazing from 0 to 110. When I first bought them, I thought they were okay since I usually do 100 on my daily commute but when I went on the freeway today, once I hit 110, it got scary. Are the wheels unbalanced? I notice one wheel with missing weights. There is absolutely no visible damage to the wheel itself. The lugs are torqued to 90 lb-ft.
when u say new...are they new to you? or brand new? they could be bent though.
check all your lug nuts again. have you dont anything to suspension lately? once change front hubs..from stock and 5 lug and forgot a pin on the top...wheels looked like they were gonna fall off.mayb u should take it to the shop again and make them check it...hope some of this helped

They are used, but in mint condition supposedly. Yes they are aftermarket (Drag).
What size would I need for my 96 Civic EX and how would I know if the wheels need to be balanced as well?
