bolt on kits made by greddy, which is one of the top name's in the industry, are street legal in 50 states or something. also, you should do more research before getting turbo. i just starting researching about 3 weeks ago, and i don't plan to install until maybe next year at this time. if its bone stock, work on getting other things first, such as cold air intake, header, maybe an exhaust system. also work on your suspension.

exhuast yes, but why on earth would you buy all that other ****, so you can replace it with a turbo system, waste of money. Work on your suspension and brakes, always need to stop.

I would look into greddy or edelbrock for street legal. they may not have an exact kit for that motor, but it's a D series, and should be able to make a kit fit with ease, not sure if thta will negate your street legalness though.

u might want to RESEARCH before you get a turbo and not just jump into it, thats why buy all that other stuff in the mean time to familiarize yourself with the motor, plus you can do what my friend did, buy a CAI run it, then sell it to a ricer down the street and tell him it adds 25 hp

I'll just agree to disagree

You could do a lot more with that money, fuel pump, injectors, chip your computer, buy a wide band, learn how to tune on your NA engine. You could tune for a header and CAI but if you are for sure going turbo..... I wouldn't. Supercharger then yes.

correct, but if he doesn't know what good turbo brands are, he's not ready to boost. he needs to familiarize himself with the engine he has by using those mods. you can always sell stuff later to a ricer like nix said.
