Default crower stage 2 or akmee type s cam for D16?

im just getting an idea of witch cam is better, i know the crower cam is a lot more. and i read a lot about the type s cam, and it looks like it gives a lot of power.

Specs from the site:

Lift intake/exhaust = 11/11
Duration @ .050" = 240/228
