Look at the trim on the interior of that car, just saw it posted on another forum site, but the post is a year old.


It doesn't look she painted them, anyone have any ideas what she did to get her vent covers / trim to look like that?

They are either painted or she got the trim peices off of ebay a company there sells trim pieces for any car in carbon fiber, brushed aluminum, wood and so on...

 

Doesn't look like paint to me, I've seen some people who painted them and they look horrible, that looks REALLY nice imo.

ever think about how a home rattle can paint job on a car compares to a good body shop paint job? Prep work, application, finishing work. That's all it is. And most people are too lazy to do all the work.

Aside from that, good luck living up to the soltaker name. Mike's sol was gorgeous. Too bad he left the scene about 4-5 years ago.

Just because some people's paint jobs are ghetto doesn't mean all will look like crap. I still think it's probably painted.

 

thats definetly paint i had the overlay kit on my car before it was stolen looks really nice but it dosent cover up the whole vent like that just the edges
