Any Aussie ITR owners want to sell me their old exhaust
Yes .. the Mugen is sounding very good ... but also very expensive and heavy.
And after spending much dollars on an exhaust that sounds crap (my current one - not the Mugen) and probably doesnt give much more power ... the suggestion that I try find a second hand OEM ITR muffler and/or full exhaust is not sounding like a bad idea.
Are there any Aussie ITR owners that have one lying around unused and would be willing to part with it for a small sum.
I'm in Adelaide, but will be in Perth next week and Melbourne next month. So sellers in any of these locations would be good, otherwise I guess mailing/shipping is a good enough option.
Cheers

I would have no problem selling you my OEM exhaust but since replacing my OEM exhaust with aftermarket ones i felt that there was no need to keep it. Although I can highly recommend you to consult with jacob (DC2#309) he might have OEM DC2 exhausts laying around!....so you could consider IM him or emailing him on jacobchang@hotmail.com he is from ART.
Cmon, there must be someone ... I'm clutching at straws here
Also, would there be an issue with just obtaining the muffler and bolting it up (with mod) to 2.5" piping? I think the Type R piping is 2 1/4" ... correct??
(My current pipework is 2.5" mandrel bent ... it knocks on the heat shields but I guess I could get that fixed easily enough)
