The Subwoofer and box are in excellent condition with an exception of a slight rattle coming from the subwoofer. It hits just like new just makes a little bit of noise (maybe something rattling in box?) Either Way Im going to let it go for cheap $400 - The JL 1000/1 IS in excellent condition, about 4 months old Im asking $500 - The JL 300/4 4 channel amplifier is also in excellent condition. It is 4 months old as well Im asking $250
