Default help with rim decision

almost time to order my rims.. need some help. have an 06 asm.. same look as freshjuicebox..

advan rs.. silver or gunmetal

advan rg.. silver.. gold

volks gt-u.. gunmetal.. mercrury silver...

give me your vote.. and if ne one can do a photo chop for me.. that would be great

which ever rim you choose i would say go silver im not a big fan of gunmetal or dark rims on a car i like something thats going to bee seen or stand out

yah.. im thinkin advan rs to.. but there cast.. and i can get the volks gtu for like 300 more which are forged... still not suure..

Get the gunmetal SSRs from tirerack. Just as nice looking and a *lot* cheaper.

you could go with the gtu's to be different or do what todd00 said and get the ssr's but in white....white on silver is soo money

white is to hard to keep clean for me.. and i dunt think it will match w/the theme im going with to much.. im leanin towards gunmetal advan rs.. and gunmetal gtu's...

Polished lips look ghey. What Todd00 posted above looks great. Those rims are pretty light, too.

I still think the OEM rims for 05+ RSXS's look great, and if I had one, I would just keep them on there. At most, just paint them GM or black.

White isn't hard to keep clean. I have a black car and white itr wheels. Only thing is by the end of the week after a wash the wheels start getting a little bit of brake dust on them. People blow that out of porportion just like black paint.

I have a set of 17x7.5" SSRs that are gunmetal with a polished lip. I bought them when that's all they had. I wish they were the solid gunmetal, like is posted above.

BTW, ~13lbs. The wheels rock.

Not a great pic of the wheels on my car, but you get the point:
