crx rhd clip on a civic hatchback
depends on what year the CRX is...here is what you'll be left with unless your comforatable with a welder
CRX fender, bumper, and corner lense

later after an accident and replacement parts

Ohh yea on the other side I still have the hatch fender and corner lense....they don't match up with the front bumper

Well then I guess my posts should have hinted that the front portion of the clips are the same. I'm not for sure but I know all the CRX parts will bolt direct up to a Hatch. Some differences might show if it's an SiR clip but those are in the radiator support area (hood latch bracket & such)

from the way i read this, im hoping your not planning on literally cutting your frame to put the crx clip in? right?

no you don't.
the firewalls are identical for RHD and LHD cars, everything is on opposite sides though. you can swap brake master cylinder, wiring harness, and the front t-bar/core support in the engine compartment and then swap the dash and steering components (rack and column) as well. People do this pretty regularly without cutting the car in half. The only reason you get a RHD front clip and not the entire car is that it's cheaper to ship than a whole car (you can fit twice as many in a container). They don't sell you the front clip expecting you to weld it on your current car. cutting cars in half and welding them back together isn't a great idea

Look in archive. Some other HT did this a long time ago. I think he did it on an Integra. Still a stupid idea though.

RHD may be becoming the new 'rice' fad, but it's always gonna be better than Streetglow, Areogear, APC, etc.....
At least it's gonna be OEM rice.
