what is the compression ratio for s2k pistons?

Default what is the compression ratio for s2k pistons?

just wondering what is the comp... for the s2k pistons, and if i did use it on a f23 crank in a h22 block, if the comp... will be high

I would also like to know
and will the piston need to be modified at all to run pro1 skunk cams
