Default ebay clutch/flywheel combo????

So i ran out of money when i put in my b16 almost 2 years ago and didnt change the clutch, now that it revs up to 3k rpms instead of doing a burnout, i need a clutch. might as well change the flywheel too. I want an exedy clutch but i'm not sure on the flywheel. the fidanza this guy is selling is only 7.5lbs, which i think is probably to light. the "f1 racing" flywheel is 11.5lbs, which sound alittle more reasonable, but i've never heard of them. any opionions.

I've had Fidanza's on my last two engines and they've held up great. I have an 8 lb. Fidanza on my B16 and it's great...along with an Exedy Stage 1 clutch.

I'd suggest going with a Stage 1 though, since you seem to like burnouts, I'll assume you'll be beating on it. The ones in your links look like OEM replacements.

i dont do alot of burnouts, i was just alittle pissed off. it sucks when you want to do a burnout but just end up looking like a jackass...

i like fidanza but thought 7.5lbs would be too light. did you notice any difference with the 8 pounder??

ohh, and dub are you going to midohio next month??? and if so are you bringing your cursed y49 or your wagovan???

Care to elaborate? I've never had any problem with Fidanza or Exedy. I'd like to know when my will go.

Hell I can't remember if mine's 7.5 or 8. At any rate, I love the feel of the lightened flywheel over a stock flywheel. It seems to want to rev higher, faster. Which with the B16, we know that getting it higher RPM faster is a good thing.

As for mid-ohio, I hope to make it, but I may be moving to South Carolina within a month, so I don't know. If I go, I'll be bringing the curse along.
