i hear people telling about how they took parts from this and that car and i was wandering if anyone knew what parts are interchangeable with a 97 accord lx. anything..... body, engine, suspension, rims, ANYTHING. i could of sworn there was a sticky or sumtin before, couldnt find it. Thanks

 

None really is a direct bolt on

 

S2000 steering wheel is a direct bolt on for the accord. And the interior dashboard on an older acura cl is very similar to the accords.

96-97 ITR rims will fit with spacers or grinding off some of the caliper.

body parts all 94-97 parts are interchangeable as well as mechanical parts, alot of prelude parts gauge cluster, engine, 96 prelude wheels when they were still 4x114, as for suspension i think the only thing that worked is sounds funny but acura legends, s2k steering wheels only work on 96-97's but some moding and they work on 94-95's, acura cl gauge clusters are a direct fit, theres alot more but im tired

wasn't all the 92-96 Prelude wheels 4x114.3

 

ah sorry, I read it as just the interior (like civic people with integra dashes)

Prelude Wheels 92-96
JDM ITR Wheels 96
CL Wheels
90-02 Accord wheels (non v6)
99% of the stuff transfers from 94/95 to 96/97
etc

 

....most of the suspension parts from the 4th gen accords are interchangable with the 5th gen.
