i know it's a noob question, but i need help changing my light bulb, anybody?
i have a 89 honda accord and my turn signal (front) bulb has gone out.
now, i read my repair manual and it says to remove the screws in the front of the lens and the bulb will be exposed, but the thing is, my accord doesn't have any screws in the front.
i think that they (repair manual) are referring to the earlier accord of that generation, because they show a amber lens with screws, and mine is clear.
i have tried to go under the bumper, over the headlight, behind the wheel well, and i can't reach the socket to disconnect from the lens.
is there anybody out there that has worked on 84-89 accords, can you please shed some light?

86-87 had amber lense in the bumper, 88-89 clear.
As you stand at the center of the bumper, with the car raised on your lift. You should be able to see a 'tunnel' on the inside edge of the lamp housing. You put a long #2 phillips screw driver in there and back out the retaining screw, then the entire housing pulls out of the bumper

yeah i know that the 86-87 have amber lenses, they also have the screws on the outer part of the lens. this is the one the repair manual shows how to remove, but not the ones from 88-89.
thanks alot, i really appreciate it. i have to change the bulb before i get pulled over.
