Default 70mm Throttle body on my B20Vtec build question???

I need help I had my motor started and I dont know what short ram intake to run because my old intake was made for the stock B16 throttle body. But now it doesnt fit with the 70mm throttle body I'm running ... Any suggestion and maybe you guys can point me in the right direction... Would like to run a CAI instead of a short ram

Probally lose power. Not only will you be sucking in hot air, but most intakes accelerate the air as it passes through. It may not speed up much, but even a little helps.
