I got this shot on the way to Vegas a few weeks ago.

It was a bone stock GSR.

edit - yes i'm well aware its a gsr badge similar to the ones that came on 92-93 gsr's.

this one just looked like it was installed from the factory as part of a gold emblem package. i was just wondering if any of you knew the history of such things.

i doubt anyone on honda-tech bought a brand new GSR in 1993 though

you can get those are your local honda dealership at the parts coutner. i always see them sitting on the rack at mine. they are just dealership accessories

were those gold too? (i'm pretty sure they werent but i could be wrong)

i'm well aware that they were included on the 92-93 gsr's, but never saw what looked to be a factory install on a dc chassis.

 

what about that spec R 2007. where can i get that?

 

Some dealerships throw them on there with a pinstripe or something to make the car look somewhat different / appealing to the prospective buyer.

its one of those FACTORY deffects..they might've thought they are installing those badges on a DA...no one noticed until you did..haha

well considering its a DB badge..it doesn't really matter. It's random and no other car was ever made that way.

Thats one of 100 very rare gsr that was produced in '95 with a 250hp b18c9 motor.

 

I cant see... there is a large footprint in the way.

i meant its a dealership aftermarket part. or dealership accessories. wow lets all ******* qoute me because i put OEM on accident. i was typing something else and forgot to erase the whole line.. SWEET!

 

At acura i've seen a couple maybe even this one there (courtesy acura Sanford)

i did find it odd that it had florida plates.
