Well, I have a buyer coming to look at the GSR this next week. They have cash in hand... Just need to tune it up, replace the clutch that finally went out, and put in this inexpensive used header I got due to a minor leak in my current exhaust manifold.

Excited about getting something new, but honestly... I've very interested to feel this new clutch clutchmasters stage 1. Heard they have a much better feel than OEM... oh well. I'm sure the new owner will love it!

what are you getting next? I've been wanting to replace my car.. but insurance is preventing me from getting my next car.. my heart nearly skipped a beat when I got an insurance quote Lolz.. I guess I'll stick w/ Honda/Acura for a little longer until my driving record gets better..

Porsche 911?

I had one of them apear out of no where and cross the double yellow to fly by me yesterday (I was already doing 60 in a 45 zone). I floored it and took it up to 100, but the 911 just kept getting really small, really fast. I want one now.

 

I was gonna get one of those.. then my insurance quote came back and I was like r u serious? bleh I gotta work on my driving record = (

 

Hmmmm, S4 can't grow on the looks... M3 droooooooooooool, maybe someday! WRX... SLOW stock. Still not THAT fast when it gets an increase in boost.

Well, two cars... first the secret... which will be the new toy... Will remain a secret!

Though I want your opinion on the car I'm thinking about getting for a daily driver...

The New `03 Mazda Mazda6





Word of mouth, base model will see a 5sp and 180hp 4cylinder. There will be a 200hp V6, 5spAuto ONLY... grrrrr. This is a 5door model, I'll get to KEEP the hatch... which I've become SO used to with the GSR. Plus when its released, MazdaSpeed will have a greater lineup available IN dealer... so I could straight on put a few mods included in the cost AND still be under warranty!

All this is because I just landed a new job, and the communte is 35 miles EACH way!!!! Fun environment, and something I've been wanting to do for a while thou...

Sooooo, what do you guys think of this for a daily ride????

It looks OK...the tail lights/headlights are ugly. The picture showing from above is nice and the interior is nice.

WRX SLOW??? even when modded??? Geez, how fast you wanna go, buddy? 13's or 12's will keep me plenty content, but I dont plan on making the car a dragster. Oh well, good thing you dislike the WRX, 1 less out there for me to differentiate my car from.

haha, the WRX is slow compared to this. Fun car thou... I'd consider one instead of the Mazda6 if they weren't so overpriced.

if you are down with the mazda, you may want to wait for the mazdaspeed protoge to hit the shores, 170hp turbo, not too bad, and I am sure with a little fine tuning and some exhaust work you can get to 200 easily...
