stock throttle body size? 2.5"? HELP!!!111

hey, im buying a coupler for my charge pipes and am wondering what size coupler i will need for the throttle body? will a 2.5" fit?

its a stock D16Y8 TB by the way ;D

its 56mm....thats like 2.2 inches

but thats the inside diameter, and i tried to fit a 2.25" coupler over it and it wouldnt go on. so im guessing its 2.5"?

doh youre right, i made myself look like an *** on that one

they dont come in 60mm sizes? 2.5 would work but it will be large

couplers only come in 2.25" and 2.5" as far as i know, nothing in between, so i guess the 2.5 is what everyone else is using?

lube the coupling and it should slide right in, with a little work. it will fit nice and tight. make sure to tighten it with a clamp.
