i did research and a think my acu has gone bad but im not exactly sure where is is under the dash or what is looks like. Also i looked around and i couldnt find anywhere that was selling a new one and very little information on them. Does anyone know anything about an 88 crx si or similar acu or where to get one?

 

There is no such thing as far as I know. Are you sure you dont mean a ELD. This has to do with the alternator and is part of the underhood fuse box. if its bad you need to replace the entire fuse box.

 

would a bad one make it so at night when im driving with headlights on "saftey " and i let off the gas the dash lights dim
