I ordered a 98-01 itr lip from them and it looks totally diferent then what they have pictured. a HUGE ...i will never order from them again..WASTED a bunch of money with them and i should have ordered from weaksos for almost a hundred cheaper

Wouldnt u want to try test fitting it first to make sure it fits/looks propper? This way if there is a problem, u send it back.

i tried and they said they could not take it back cuz it was their last one and they would be out of stock for a while....came off as more of a no sorry you stuck with your **** lip

Yeah, definitely not the same Did you contact them? Oh let me guess, they never replied. They sent me a c/f duckbill and the corner was a little "worn". I sent them an e-mail and never heard anything

I heard that the lips come rolled up and you have to let them sit in the sun to take their natural shape Is that true??

yea the suck and definately never again...weaksos ftw....no mine just came all wrapped in bubble wrap with packing tape all around it but it was urethane

let it sit in the sun to get it's shape back (like they suggest) then slapped it on.

yea i am going to this friday and get her sprayed to match again...

 

yea I bought a lip/mirrors from them...they looked like total garbage when I got them. I had to sand and repaint both items because they looked all faded and beat up. Plus the lip had extra material all around it and took me about 6 hrs to sand it to look decent. I paid more for that lip than a oem honda lip because I thought the urethane would be better for my dumped car, but damn did it look and fit like total ****.

yea i hear that....i guess the my lip got all hot from the sun and they taped directly on the lip and i had to use alcohol to get the glue off

i've ordered from them before and everything went well, but that doesn't ensure every order from here on out will be the same. get on their asses.
i'm pretty sure if you were local they would have been a little more willing to work with you.
good customer service goes a long way but some places could care less.

o you better believe i was..i called like three times a day until they honestly pretty much in way told me to expletive off and they didnt want my business anymore

 

why did you make a thread about this today. i saw your car months ago and you had the same lip. is it because you got so much **** for it? and didnt you say you had a jdm front waiting to be installed.... why does that lip even matter then.

 

You hated the lip so much you painted and installed it. Makes sense.
