how do i change my bulbs?

how do i change my bulbs?
my right side parking light has been out for a while and i want to replace it but i cant figure out how. there is no way to get to the light without ripping everything apart it seems like. im thinking that i have to take the wheel of and then the fender well out but im not sure. can anyone give me the easiest way. thanks.

You can go through the fender liner after taking the wheel off, or through that hole from under the hood, by the headlight, if you're crafty.
