What do you mean by running too much fuel?
How are you coming to this conclusion. Does it burn a lot of fuel = Low MPG or are you getting rich AFR readings?

when i start my car it idles fine but then it starts to smell like fuel.... its like im running too rich and it also blows white smoke out the exhaust and that smells like fuel
