i already searched and couldn't find the name. I have a 94 civic ex coupe. I got rear ended and i'm in the process of fixing/replacing everything. what is this body part called-----> its below the tail light, above the bumper, the key cylinder for the trunk actually goes through it on the passenger side of the car.

If you haven't already looked, you can try these? Pick your year/trim etc and you can search through the section "body"

NP, those are also good sites for mostly any OEM part you need. I believe for Hondapartsdeals (HPD) that they have a $10 off code you can put in. I dont know what the code is, but maybe if you PM BENSE and kindly as him or even search for it you will come across it.
