hello, i have a 92 accord h22 with f22 tranny and the car is automatic, my question is my tranny is not shifting when im driving its like its stuck in 2nd gear or sumthing. how can i fix this?

also i just got a chipped and socket p28 and it gave cel code 20 which is the electronic load detector, could this be the the problem?
