I have a 01 prelude spun rod bearing. So got an H22a1 out of an 96 prelude. Did the swap and changed the oil pump. Now the car will start with the stock obd2 ecu but will not start with my power fc. which I have been running on for a couple of years. Anyways i was on my way home from the shop after the car started. i cannot rev past 3k rpm and the motor have a really bad burnt smell. like really hot burnt metal smell. I've check the oil level and nothing on dipstick. But we put in five quarts. Please any help will be appreciated. I haven't driven my car in six months.

 

just went out and checked the oil level again. It is raising, guess it didn't all run down to the pan yet.
