Hasport makes just about everything you absolutely need for the swap, its expensive but they have it, and i'm pretty sure they also the things you nee dto relocate the alternator

CRX Bart has a write-up on there, it's also here on HT in the FAQ's
Hasport's Guide for a K20 in an EF is also on http://www.k20a.org
Check out http://www.droppedcrxsi.com He compiled a part's list and some other good info.
Besides welding the passenger mount in, all parts for the hybrid swap are available.
The shift linkage/assembly would take some custom frab work. Karcepts developed a system to work with EG models, but unfortunately, nothing for EF's yet. So you'll have to get creative with that.
