how to remove rear LCA's?
It usually helps when you give us a vehicle make and model kid. Either way, there are three bolts you have to remove and possibly a swaybar endlink bolt on each side as well. Prepare yourself for broken bolts and headaches.
Also, you can look it up and stop being lazy. There are tons of how-to's and walk-throughs on this subject.

there is no hidden catch in that job. Just take off the 3-4 bolts, remove arm, put in new one, put bolts back on.
The bolts will most likely be seized to death on there. Be prepared to cut them off and put new bolts on.

i would spray some pb blaster, or wd-40 and let them soak alittle before starting the job.

It will also help if you remove the wheel. I tried to replace mine once with the wheel on and the weight of the wheel made it much more difficult to align everything again.
Also, remember to use a tq wrench and tq it to specs. I took off my LCA when i was installing the ASR kit and didnt tq it to specs thought it was ok. Good thing i checked every few days after cuz i found out one of the bolts was lose.... many imagine it falling off........................................... that wouldnt be good. So tq it to specs!

yeah like this is great advice. he has a higher chance of snapping them with an impact wrench than by hand.

LOL. That is the hidden catch...that isn't so hidden once you've done it.
And don't forget to load the suspension when re-tightening the bolts. Past that...no hidden catch.
