Default SOHC Swap

New to crx's my daily driver is a 90 HF all stock runs solid but the motor is getting damn old esp because it has 238k on it. What all has to be done in order to put a SOHC D series VTEC motor from a ex/si into our cars?

Depends on the motor and years.

I got a d16z6 in my car.
What you need if going with a z6:
P28 ecu
obd1 single cam dizzy
si transmission unless u want to stick with the hf tranny for gas savings (I still get 30-34 mpg on my si tranny, about 3500 rpm @ 75mph)

Get that **** wired for obd1, many writes up on that if you but I'm not a wiring guy. So i just went to http://www.rywire.com for all my wiring needs. He converted everything to obd1 and jumpers for ecu... just plug and play.

As for the engine you use all your old mounts because the 3 of them mount onto the transmission, and the one on the engine you need the old mount bracket, the one that bolts onto the motor and the actual mount. You have to take off the old bracket of the HF and put it onto the new motor.

I did this a while back so i might have forgot something...just search, many write ups on HT and other sites.

Thats pretty much it. Its all up in the FAQ too, plus lots of other useful information.
A mildly built Z6 in a crx or hatch is a pretty peppy ride!
