Gonna try something new: Pick/submit your overall favorite coil over.
I know some of you will not have the maturity to leave the stupid crap out of the poll.
However, I am curious to see what this will turn out to be. Everyone post what you would think would be the all time road racing coil over suspension. Please post and let me know why you choose to submit the one that you did.
I was going to keep this more general but think it should be narrowed down to coil overs.

I just put the Apexi WS Coil Overs on my 99 Civic Si and they are really great. When you are doing normal driving they ride almost like stock but when you want to take a turn all I can say is wow I love the way my car handles now, this kit is truly great and you got to get them.
Going to go pick up my HA's from the shop now~!
I friggin love my suspension. LOVE it. Not sure what I like more, suspension, or motor...
But in your case...I think the easiest and the most cost effective route you can take is Ground Controls (custom spring rates) and a set of adjustable gas shocks.
Truthfully, I don't know what the best shocks would be...other can chime in on that.
Then you get the Si front sway, ITR rear..and you're good to go
btw, I have HA's and this stuff ^^

Should have locked the poll. Now you might get some unwanted entries added to the choices
I knew I would but, what can you do about it......

I added Toda/Fightex because Spade said alltime best roadracing. Something with an individual chamber is better than your everyday Koni set up.
Fowler: Yeah you thought they were fans.
Waffles:
Chamber adjustment would be a plus.

Gotta get Ground Controls if you you're looking into a kit. Select your own spring rates, what more do you need to know? For the love of god, STAY AWAY FROM TOKICO'S!!!!!
I`m going to go out on a limb and say that at least 75% of the votes wil be based on no personal experience or knowledge. Honda-tech is big on jdm hype and names.

had to add the ground controls with konis.
I have never been happier with a suspension before.
On top of that since the sleeve is not fixed to the shock body it's easy to adjust since you can spin the sleeve so the bolt faces you.
And you can get different springs for cheap.

ive had the cheapest coilovers and im not complaining. i have VIS and im pretty hapy with its ride. i got it for free.
I have GroundControl I personally think that it sucks handling. If your going for handling I would suggest a real coilover set up or springs & shocks.

Since GroundControls are getting a lot of attention and b/c I'm considering buying a set, what spring rates does everyone suggest. It's a daily driver, but I want something that handles decent. I don't want to be complaining like that other member.
I have Tein HA's and i feel that ZEAL is a better brand. The valving on the ZEALS are so much better. My teins feel kinda bouncey, while the zeals are smooth.
Hard to explain, but when i hit a bump my car will go down and bounce up qucikly, but when i drove a car equipped with ZEAL super functions it would go down and smoothly rebound, making the car more controllable over minor bumps...etc
I think ZEAL is one of the best roadracing coilovers. Not saying tein sucks, I love mine and they are amazing.

personal experience here. i got the hookup from my uncle's friend who was parting out his 2000 si. he gave me a good deal so i figured id try the tokico illuminas and ground control coilovers. they feel great. they are a little rough sometimes, but they feel really good around turns. one thing i love about them is when you hit bumps they're like "whoo whoo".

Put my Tein HA's with Pillow Ball mounts today.
Running them at 11 clicks from hard in the back
and 13 clicks from hard in the front.
Front springs are 559lbs and the rears are 392lbs. Contrary to popular belief, my car does not understeer with 26mm front sway and 22mm rear. I'll have to put my aziens on and hit the next auto-cross before I pass judgement.
I still need to play with the settings but DAMN, is this **** stiff. I think I got shorter during that 30 mile drive to settle everything. The pillow ball mounts transfer all the road noise into the car, just like I expected.
My wife is gonna kill me when she rides in it. She already hated the AGX/GC (200f/180r). I can't wait to take her for a ride now.
HA's are not for the faint of heart. Before I decide if I like these or not, I want to let them break in a little bit.
One thing that gets me is that the HA's for integras/itrs come with softer springs.
Ah the joys of spending money....and I get my B18C5 swap this weekend
