No point in going to a dealer for a belt or water pump. Go to your local auto parts store (not Autozone) and pick up a belt and lifetime pump.

why not see if the water pump is the same as the honda J30 series and buy it instead? A lot of Acura and Honda parts are interchangeable and the Honda ones are usually cheaper
