Fuel Cell
I'm finally getting around to turning the daily into the tracker. Mainly doing alot of enduro racing plus once in a while use it to travel back up from southern to northern California to visit the family riding a bike *** gets numb very quick.
Stock tank roughly around 12gal. Im going to be purchasing a 32gal im having a 12pt cage installed soon as i get my check. old gas tank will be removed but i do not want to cute the body.
I was thinking having a custom mount made to the12pt cage and screws down to the spare tire spot.
Other thing is setting up the fuel pump it would be this
Pre Filter - Pump - Filter - FPR(retrun line back to one of the two returns) - Fuel Rail - Return line from fuel rail to tank
Other thing is can i removed the evap, other fuel lines and return lines. Since ill be using all earls lines and fitting for the fuel cell.

Hi,
I will first start off that letting you know a 32 gallon cell is more then likely not going to fit very well in any honda car with out some elaborate custom made bladder.
My personal racecar has an 18 Gallon Cell and that is about the max you can fit and we had to cut the floor out. it touches "frame rail" to "frame rail" and just takes up quite a bit of space.
Whoever is doing your cage should strongly advise agaisnt this. and If you're driving a car on public roads you should not be using a fuel cell nor have a cage in the car.
The evap system can be removed.
For the fuel pump setup i used a Bosch Motorsports 044 pump with an intake filter it then travels out of the tank into another filter and all the way up too the rail where I may or may not run a return line I haven't decided yet.
Anyways If you need any help at all with fuel cell talk to the guys at Fuel Safe. http://www.fuelsafe.com They were extremely helpful when i was debating using a cell. If you need a fabricator to do the work check out http://www.l-con.net
