injectors and a pressure regulator

ok i did a mpfi swap and don't have injectors for it i was thinking of buying bigger injectors so i car use them for future upgrades (turbo ect.) but my noob question is if i have a pressure regulator i can adjust the flow right

if you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator you can adjust the fuel pressure *gasp*
