Default 2003 Honda Accord LX won't start

I have a 2003 Honda Accord LX 4 cycle with 118,000 miles and it starts only when it wants to. I changed the battery. I also had the starter, alternator and compression check and reads that everthing is okay. Does anybody know what is going on? I check fuses and unit does have gas. Programmed ignition key for the immobilizer system is working properly. Somebody please help!

It may be a problem with the programmed ignition key for the immobilizer system.

Next time it happens, look for the following: When the key is inserted into the ignition switch, and turned to ON (II), the immobilizer system indicator on the instrument panel should go on for 2 seconds and go off.

If it goes on 2 seconds and keeps blinking, it may be a problem with the programmed key, or a problem with the immobilizer control unit-receiver. It will crank but will not start.

If the above does not happen, it could be something else.

I tried this and the key goes off after 2 seconds. Any other suggestions?

You can check the fuses underneath the driver side dash, just poke your head under there and open up the box and make sure everything is in there.
