Default I keep frying my ECU??

Ok so i've went through 2 ecu's within the year. It happends after i change or replace something..

first time my friend was doing the re-wire on my car, and the ecu was throwing code "0" after which is when the LED light is jsut always on.

so i thought he was just forgot to unplug the battery or something..

well i just changed my tranny, and now my ecu is throwing code "0" AGAIN

i unplugged the batter and everything while i did this, and didnt really have to mess with any of the wiring, since i dropped the tranny out from the bottom.

anyone know one know what i might be doing that is causing my ECU's to go out..

and anyone know if they are fixabLe?

i have a pr3 and pw0 ecu now that just throw that code on it.

thx for any help.

oh yea and i have the b16a in my 89 si hatch... if thats helps

What kind of injectors are you running?? are you running OBD 0 injectors w/o the resistor box? that will burn up your ECU for sure
