Default CRX Code 63

I have already discovered that a code 63 = Oxygen Sensor, Heated - Sensor 2 (Secondary) high voltage, low voltage, or slow response. However, I thought that stock 90 CRX Si's only had 1 O2 sensor. Which brings me to my question: How can a car which doesnt have a secondary O2 sensor throw a code 63?

some facts about my CRX:
-it has been parked for 3.5yrs now but was started for the 1st time on wed night since being pk'ed.

-since it was parked, it had about 1/8 tank of gas in it for the 3.5yrs. I did drain this gas out when I replaced the FP.

-i just replaced the dizzy, alt, Fuel Pump, cap/rotor, plugs, and plug wires.

-The CRX does have a huge hole in the axle-back pipe on the exhaust.

-B4 I changed the oil on the vehicle, I ran a Seafoam treatment in the crankcase and gas tank w/ new 89 octane gas.

PLS help

If your getting a code 63, your not running the stock ecu then. Does not matter what car you run, it matters what the ecu looks for.

sorry I am used to OBD2 on my EK. it looked like 6 long blinks and then 3 short blinks. however, this makes 5 people proclaiming it as code 9 so I am gonna go w/ it. My friend was saying that it usually means that I need a new dizzy, is this corect?

6 long blinks = 60
3 short blinks = 3
