i need to know the answer to these questions

can you really put a b16 or b18 throttle body on a single cam intake manifold?
and if you can would it do anything

on a d15b6 what can i do to get the rev higher since i dont have the money to do a swap?

Short answer: Search *******, the answers are plenty and out there.

Long Answer: swap the head, reinforce the valve train, vuala.
