alternator is done but lights still there
just got my alternator done today but my battery light, e-break light , the door adjar lights, and the break lamp bulb light come on randomly. the charge on the batery while car on is 13.9V. is it a bad alternator or is it some other electrical problem.
thanks to all that hepled.

What year?
If the battery is holding a charge then it might be a problem with the diagnosic panel. In my old 93 accord I keep getting a light saying I have a bad brake light (I dont) and it normaly clears after a restart.
If your alt is at 13.9 that should be enough to run everything....
Are your headlights flashing as you drive? If so look for a bad engine to chassis ground strap.

I would check your connections for corrosion. When the car is running the car should put out 14.4v

Get your battery and charging system checked by Autozone (or some other parts store) using a machine tester (prefferably bear). When my battery was going dead it still showed plenty of voltage on a multimeter (over 14), so I would not go by that reading. CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) are what's most important. Good luck finding the problem.
