I have a 94 civic hatch I am trying to upgrade the brakes.I have da gsr front kunckle and rear trail arms and was wondering do they work on my eg hatch or I have to buy another set, also thats all the brake stuff I have is there anything else I need to buy for my eg hatch to upgrade the brakes .i am going to replace the rotors and pads once I have the right stuff.Thanks

 

if your hatch isnt an si then your gonna need a 99 civic brake bypass valve. thats for the rear disc brake conversion.

 

well you dont ne\cessarily need the valve. it will work without them but it wont apply the correct amount of force to the front rear ratio. buy a new porportioning valve sometime. maybe one out of an integra or something

 

so can i use the da brakes on my car or do i have to buy brakes from dc2 and my hatch is a cx.

 

Front brakes from a DA will NOT work, but the rear brakes will. You need front brakes from a DC.
