It's a 3" pipe and a lot of people who run it enjoy it.

but you need a dc2 chassis obviously for the intake to fit correctly.
other then that i had iceman intake for a while and it did wonders.

I'm happy with my stock intake with a K&N drop in filter.

i run the hybrid AEM cold air intake and LOVE IT.

i have the skunk2 intake manifold, 68mm throttle body for the intake to breathe through and that thing HOWLS, it whistles and sounds sooo nice. AEM is your best bet, for sure!!

i <3 AEM.

by the way, b16a in a crx...

doesn't matter what kind of intake you have. Just make sure the tubing is 3" and i suggest the short ram with a BPI velocity stack and K&N filter. You can get the velocity stack and filter for $110 and get a cheap short ram online and spend less than $150.

There's probably nothing conclusive in the sense that someone proves beyond any doubt that a particular intake makes more power on every setup over another. It is usually up to YOU to read and make an educated decision on your own.

Try reading this, I found it easily in one of my searches:

i think most will agree

if you have the money, mugen is the win. aem would be second best.

I would not agree AEM ITR has proven to be the best choice time and time again.

I know in the ITR forums that there's a toss up between the conventional intakes like Mugen vs the AEM CAI as to which is best but at the very least I'm sure they's perform close. One just costs significantly more than the other.

A 3" AEM style will work well. However you should put your money towards a custom tuned length one for your set-up. Don't forget the velocity stack
