90 Civic LX 4dr or 90 Civic Ex 4dr?

90 Civic LX 4dr or 90 Civic Ex 4dr?
Right now i'm currently looking at getting two cars. i am located in Minnesota, actually currently in the mountains of Afghan!
I've had more then enough experience with Crxs, and Civic Hb, but never ventured into the 4drs.
I plan to attend college, after this deployment, and feel a 90-91 Civic Sedan wold work perfect.
Both cars i'm looking at are completely stock. They both have all power options (locks, windows, mirrors, steering), both have working a/c. Both were well maintained. Both have great exterior and great interior.
I do plan to get a swap done before i get home. haha can't lie i want a little more power then stock.
One is a 90 Civic Lx 4dr DPFI 5spd the guy wants 2500 for it. Its got around 140k miles on it. It was just painted last year. The guy has been pretty upfront with everything i've asked him.
The 90 Cvic Ex 4dr MPFI 5spd is going for around 4k at a dealership. I know thats pretty damn high considering its got 230k on it!!! But it was also well taken care of. Body and interior are in great shape. In all honesty i prefer this one but the price kills.
Any opinions? I plan to get a b16, b18a1 or b18c1. Or maybe a slightly modded d16. but thats besides the current plans. even with a swap i plan to keep a/c, p/s. I understand about the parts involved to retain those luxuries!
