I know search...search...but

Will a DC 4-2-1 made for Ls/Rs/Gs fit a Type R ?

yes. the only differences are B16 to B18 due to the height.

on this note, I just sold the header and the guy is complaining that it was smaller then his stock.I did searched on T-I that it will fit, but not the GSR..any ideas.

The bolt holes and the gasket are the same but I had to trim the bottom of the header. The head flange was touching "I think the block it was a long time ago" but it did work.
