Default omni power springs with oem retainers??

Want to know if I can use the oem retainers with omni power valve springs?? I have looked around and have found nothing saying that I can not but just want to see what others say..

i would not do this cause omni-power springs and retainers are made to have a snap fit design that stops the premature wearing springs and retainers. it does so cause it prevents movent of the retainer in the springs.

ok can I use my oem valves or not...do they still use the small valve "clips" that the oem retainers use to hold the valve??

you can use your stock retainers and your stock valves.. oem retainers are steel which means they will not wear as much as aftermarket.. they are heavier and most want to replace them for that reason.. if youre short on funds you can use oem..
