Default CIVIC SI BEING SOLD FUTURE REGRETS

okay my si has been sitting in my garage for over a year and 1 1/2 i dont need the money by any means.

i had all my plans to sell it until the buyer became my wifes cousin.

he wants the car very bad his willing to pay what am asking.

what sucks about him being the buyer is that i sold his older brother my first acura integra and he died in it. he ended up wrecking the car and ended his life.

i know it wasnt my fault but in some sense i feel guilty cuase i see his family all the time.

i was about to sell this guy the car until i saw how he talks to his friend about racing and stuff and after his older brother called my wife and told her that his friend would offer me more money for it.

why would his older brother call if he knew his own brother wanted to buy it??

what if he races and hurts himself?

please leave feedback and if its in the wrong place am very sorry.

obviously the older bro doesn't want his bro being dumb in the car and wants his friend to have it instead. sell it to the friend.

its suckx to be in your position....For one your not responsible for what they do once they buy the car but the kicker is u know if some thing happens to him all fingers are going to point to you regardless.......they will always say u knew this was going to happen, sell it to a perfect stranger! IMO

I would never sell a car to a close friend.. if something goes wrong with it, breaks, leaks, makes a funny noise.. etc.. they will probably call you right away.

If it's a complete stranger, they would be much more reluctant to ever get in touch with you again after the sale.

Sell it to whoever pays the most, its not your your fault how he drives. Wether or not he buys YOUR car, if he's all about "racing" he's going to do it anyway.

I tried to put myself in your shoes but eventually came to the decision that everyone's held responsible for their own actions.

If he wants the car sell it to him, but suggest that he do any racing at the tracks instead of on the streets.

Sell it and make your money. If hes a idiot he's just going to buy another car and race that, it's not like hes only going to race if he buys your car. Just become friends with him and take him to a few autocrosses and to the track and **** and try to get him on that instead of street racing.
