0-0 isent right when you have a big cam the start up setting needs to be advanced and Fuel PSI bump. If you dont have the cam degreeing right the duration on the cam will cause the int and Ex valve clip each othe thats why when you buy the cams it comes with a spec sheet with the settings on it. I just lost mine and I forgot the settings. Im not dumb I know engine building and tuning dont get confused im just forgetfull. But you are right about one thing to get the car tuned but the settings are wrong you need to set the cams right then go get it tuned to advance it anymore Thanks though

What kind of tuning are you using (hondata/Crome etc)? Also you're running the Jun 3 copies which have pretty close to, if not stock sized primaries if memory serves correctly. That means that those cams aren't so big that you'd have the valves "clipping" each other if set at 0'-0'. Stay out of Vtec until you get it tuned. Bumping fuel pressure is recomended on the cam card? If that's the only tuning you are using, that car will run pretty rich especially in the lower rpm range.
