What realistically are you looking at getting after the S2000?
I searched for the old thread but couldn't find it to bring it back from the dead. Lets start a new one
Anyways heres what I like so far:
A Carerra, not a Cayman or Boxster.
An Exige, but a tighter fit than S2000? hmmm....
The M3 looks very promising - 8500 rpm V-8 400 hp 6sp YIKES!
The 135i convertible looks promising aswell. Retractable hardtop and tuuurbooos YIKES!
The Atom would be a ball but a secondary car would be absolutely necessary.
Sharing is caring.

I looked at:
E39 M5 (weekend)
E46 M3 (weekend/track)
Exige S (track)
Evo 9 MR (daily/track)
Cayman S (weekend/track)
I am waiting on the new M3 before I decide which to get. I bought a new SI for daily driving so whatever car I buy will be weekend/track only.

give the s2k to my kid
after this ( after all the hondas ive owned) no more.
weve talked about this ( me and my wife)
i'll get a TRUCK ( perfect for the new home) her BENZ will go to one of the kids and she'll get a LANDROVER SPORT.
no matter what anyone says - you grow outta the sport ( been in it since 93 ) and priorities change.

Well if I have an understanding wife when I get out of school and in the job I'm working at getting, I'll have something people don't readily see. I was thinking about a British roadster like an Aston Martin or Morgan, but I love the roadster platform. I know you'll be able to buy a house for the amount I'm preparing to spend if I can get myself through the school.
Morgan Aero8
Aston Martin (not too familiar, but v12 if possible, manual transmission is a must!!!)
Ferrari (same criteria as the Aston Martin)
GT3
I would DD them, was them, and not be a bitch who won't take them out of the garage unless things are perfect. There is no sense in owning a car if you can't enjoy it on a daily basis. Though I wish I didn't have to leave my S in the outback parking lot right now. I heard that one of the first Enzo owners DD'ed his and put 15k km on it in the first year, if what I heard is true...... that guy is my hero with owning cars.
Something fast, fun, rare, and you better believe I'm going to be able to afford to not worry too much about parking it places. There is a guy in my town who DDs his Shelby Daytona and Cobra.

Tired of the S2000 and the tuner culture. I'm already in the process of selling the car to get the infiniti fx35. As of right now I need something more comfortable and more space and I think it will suit me perfectly.
