yeah im having a problem with my distribuator . the gasket on the inside of it is gone their was oil leaking inside of the distribuator so all inside of my distribuator cap was full of rust. now my cap has no movement what so ever it only turns with hard . i tried to move it but it is really hard to turn it. so i was wondering can this cause my car to run funny? cause i give it alot of gas and it wont move till i put the gas pedal all the way down. im wondering if thier is a way to rebuilt the distribuator or do i need to buy a new one. but let me tell you this it is the first time i encountered this problem . i never seen anything like this.
