Default Part-Out: D15B7 Turbo Block, D16Y8 Head, 500cc injectors, Greddy Turbo Kit, Intercooler, etc, etc, e

I am parting out my abandoned D15B7 Block / D16Y8 Head Turbo 94' Civic project... hate to sell off my stuff, but it has to be done since I am no longer going to finish the project:

First off is my full built D15B7 block:
* Crower Rods (yes, the rare D15B7 crower rods)
* Fully custom JE Pistons w/ Ceramic Crows and Tuff-Kote Skirts
* 75.5mm overbored @ machine shope
* Machine shop turned crank and matched Clevite Bearings
* Will have 9:1 compression with D16Y8 Head

Rods are around 700 dollars... pistons cost me 760... machine work 200 dollars. I have quite a bit invested in this block. It has NEVER been installed or even taken out of the plastic since I got it back from the shop. My car wasn't ready for it yet.

Asking $1,000 picked up, can ship if necessary at buyers expense. Would rather the buyer come look at it locally so they can see for themselves what they are getting.

I am pretty firm on the price on this item due to the amount of money I've put into it and the "rarity" of a built D15 block... if I can't get good money for it I would rather save it for a few years until I can actually complete a turbo Civic project.

* Invoice from JE w/ all Pistons specs included. These were totally custom for this block / head configuration and were quite expensive.

-----

Next up is the head I was going to use for this project. It is used and was removed from a 1996 Honda Civic EX, IIRC. The car was running according to the previous owner. It does need cleaned up and the valve cover needs work as the other owner has started to smooth it down. VTEC solenoid included.

Asking $150 SHIPPED in the continental 48 states

-----

Next are BNIB DeatschWerks 500cc injectors, high impedance models. I paid 190 dollars for these and they are still in the plastic.

The MAP sensor is universal, just needs to be wired up per the instructions and connected to the vacuum per the instructions. I got the adapter plate separately and it should work on the Z6 as well.

If you would like to purchase the sensor I prefer Paypal, my address for Paypal is sundownz@sundownaudio.com

Thanks,

The BOV looks to be in excellent condition, I removed the super stiff secondary spring but will include it anyway -- as I have read that this second spring prevents proper function of this type BOV.

Intercooler looks to be in good shape and I see no reason why it would not work, the previous owner took it off of a running car that he built.

It is made for the Greddy D16 turbo kit like the one I am selling, so if you have that kit it will fit. If you have another kit you may need to get a few different pieces of pipe but most of the kit should apply for any D series.

I'll get more pics later today.

Thanks,

Nope. I installed it brand new and had it for around 1000 miles, it's pretty much just like new.

You WILL need a new banjo bolt for the oil line to the turbo... and some other misc bolts, just so you know.

It will fit any D series as far as I know, I had it on my D15B7.

I have all of the other physical parts, yes. You will need engine management for the kit, though, as I sold my Neptune RTP ECU separately already and sold the E-Manage part of the kit a long time ago.

If you have any picture requests I can take some, those are all I have at the moment.

well the reason i asked is because greddy shows a different turbo between the 2 kits
z6 kit has a tdo4h-15g turbo
y8 kit has a tdo4h-19t turbo

idk what the difference in the the two turbos is,

anyways do you have all the piping that comes with the kit, your pictures only shows 3

There is another pipe still installed in the engine compartment of my car which I forgot to take a picture of. So yes, I have all of the pipes.

Hmmm... well mine is the Z6 kit then, as it is the 15G turbo. I'm not sure what the difference is either.
