Default New Build Not Wanting To Fire?!?!

So ive had this problem b4 with a previous build but it was because i wasnt on the compression stroke with the cams. It turns over fine and i have spark but it just wants to make a poping noise and blow flames out the header.(really big flames)...any suggestions on what to do cause its def. on the compression storke.

when that happened to me i had the cams 180 degress of from each other.

happen to my friends b16 when he got ctr cams installed. some guy installed it 1 tooth off and when we started the car is shot a giant back fire in the header.
