Is it possible to get fog lights installed on an '04 Accord EX sedan? Were they ever offered? About how much would it cost?

Factory fog lights, right? You can pick them up for $238.80 plus shipping from here:

If you go to the dealer you will be charged $330 plus tax for the lights, plus labor (one or two hours?), so you're looking at about $500 or so.
